General information:

We would kindly ask our Customers to carefuly read our Conditions of Service prior to placing an order. With the acceptance of a placed order the customer acknowledges with regard to themselves the validity of the below mentioned conditions.

Conditions of Service:

  1. Services are provided by contracted private enterpreneurs through the Service Provider.
  2. The updated and valid service rates are posted on www.viptransfer.hu website.
  3. In case of all Budapest transfers, the prices apply only within the city boundaries, in regards of a no stop one-way trip to a specific location or any return trip in the other direction. The route shall be chosen by the driver.
  4. An Online order can be placed no later than 24 hours prior the travel date and time. Any placed orders after the above mentioned deadline can only be made via telephone and can be denied.
  5. An order is to be deamed NOT accepeted until it has been confirmed by the Service Provider.
  6. The cancelation of an order shall be made by the Customer no later than 12 hours in advance for a Budapest based trip, and 24 hours in advance for a trip outside the city limits.


Methods of Contract:

An order can be place via the following:

Terms of Payment:
- Online: Credit Card, or PayPal system.
- In cash: Directly through our drivers.
- Bank or Credit Card: Through a POS terminal in the car. (This method must be signaled in advance!)

Conditions of the Use of Service:

The transfer services can be used by any natural person if they meet the below criteria:

How to place an order:

  1. Choose the desired transfer type, provide the basic data needed, click the Order icon.
  2. Fill out the order form.
  3. Pay the fee.

After payment the Customer will recieve a confirmation to the e-mail address specified at the time of order. After the order has been processed (no later than 12 hours prior travel) the Service Provider will send a confirmation containing the specific information of the service and a transaction code/number. This transaction code/number must be provided to our driver if/when asked for. To ensure the quality of our service the Service Provider must be provided with a valid phone number or e-mail address of the person travelling. The Service Provider does NOT accept responsibillity for the termination and/or non fullfilment of a contract due to false, incomlpete or mis spelled personal data. The responsibillity rests upon the Customer in case the Customer tries to place anorder with a fradulent and/or out of credit Bank or Credit Card. Paying for the service is to be considered as purchase and NO other fees shall apply.

Cancelation:

The cancelation of an order will also be confirmed by the Service Provider via e-mail. In case the cancelation was stated outside the time intervals mentioned above (see point 6.), the Service Provider will arrive to the designated starting location regardless of cancelation and shall deem the Service as executed and will not accept any motion towards the reimbursement of the paid amount.

VIS Maior
We kindly ask our Customers to take into consideration the possibility of delay and/or total termination of service due to unforseen events. (example: severe weather conditions, roadblock, uncalculated technical malfunction) The Service Provider states that it will due everything in their power to overcome any unforseen problem and will try to perfome to the best of their ability. (example: provide a different car, with the same or nearly same service capabilities.) The Service Provider does NOT accept responsibillity for any damages, disservice or disadvantage wich arise from Vis Maior events.
In case the transfer becomes void due to Service Providers own fault, the Customer is entitled to be compensated, but conpensation will be not more than the original price paid for the service.
